In the summer of 2019, Shelley and Brian Oelrichs purchased Comfort Care Heating and Air Conditioning with a direct goal in mind.  That goal, to be better than the rest, competitive and honest at the same time, and to provide heating, cooling, and all the needs for indoor comfort to our customers.  A family-oriented business that wants to be the company you call with trust knowing that your interests are our priority.  Our daily focus is on Customer Service, so we would like to rename this section “About You” because without you, our customer, there is no “Us”.

Our building in Kaiser sits just like any other building, on a foundation that holds it all in place.  Our business, on the other hand, sits on the foundation of experience and dedication to serving you and your comfort needs.  Each division of our business is concrete with experience, from the office to service and installation.  We have a professional service department and our installation crews leave each job looking as if they had it done at their own home.  You can add to that mix, a knowledgeable office staff to make the initial contact seamless and get you on your way to comfort.

Our Comfort Care Comfort Pledge provides yearly maintenance agreements that will fit your needs, not ours.  A newly instituted monthly filter change plan called “That Filter Thing” will totally ease your mind, because we know changing that pesky filter monthly isn’t always a priority…Out-of-sight, out-of-mind is absolutely an issue when it comes to your everyday operation.  Please let us take care of that, and also maintain your equipment for perfect operation for years to come.
