Comfort Pledge Maintenance Agreement
Let us worry about your system so you don’t have to!
Your fall heating pledge consists of:
- Check sequencer and heating element operation (when applicable)
- Check gas pressure, burners and clean burners (when applicable)
- Inspect heat exchanger and flue pipes (when applicable)
- Check thermostat operation
- Check all wiring for wear, check amperage draws on motors and compressors (if heat pump)
- Check operating pressures of refrigerant (if heat pump)
- Check and clean indoor blower motor
- Filter cleaning or replacement (1″ standard filter included in cost)
Your spring cooling pledge consists of:
- Inspect and clean outdoor condenser coil
- Inspect indoor coil (if needed it can be cleaned at an additional charge)
- Check thermostat operation
- Check all wiring for wear, check amperage draws on motors and compressors
- Check operating pressure of refrigerant
- Check and blow out condensate drain
- Filter cleaning or replacement (1″ standard filter included in cost)
Your comfort pledge from Comfort Care Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., provides a hassle-free maintenance plan for your system! We schedule with you Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm in advanced so you don’t have to remember to do it.
All Electric Systems (A.C. or Heat Pump) – $150/year or $75/visit (additional systems $100/year each)
Gas Heat Systems (A.C. or Heat Pump) – $240/year or $120/visit (additional systems $120/year each)
Mini Split Systems – $220/year or $100/visit (multiple heads – $50 each visit, additional systems $100/year each)
